Francesco Saverio Bertolini


Born in 1959, he studied at the University La Sapienza in Rome, where he graduated cum laude in Law. Since 1991 he has been a researcher in public law at the University Tor Vergata in Rome.

Since 2001 he has been full professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Teramo. In the same University (years 2001-2005) he was Coordinator of the PhD in Constitutional Law, and then Director (years 2010-2015) of the School of Specialisation in Administrative Law and Science of Administration.

He is the author of monographic works, articles, essays and case notes.

He started practising the legal profession in 1985, working mainly in the areas of constitutional and administrative law and collaborating, over time, with the firms “Ernesto and Michele Conte” (in the area of public waters); “Caporale-Giuffrè-Carbone” (in the area of public contracts); “Piero Alberto Capotosti” (in the area of constitutional and EU law) and being a partner in the firm “Del Vecchio Capotosti-Bertolini”.
