Erica works in the field of civil and commercial law, providing legal advice and assistance both in and out of court. She has gained experience in the field of bankruptcy law, insolvency procedures and business crisis.

She also provides assistance in the areas of compliance and administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, rules of conduct and internal organisation, as well as audit activities.

Before starting to work with the Elled Law Firm in January 2020, as a Trainee Lawyer, Erica practiced firm in Rome specialising in civil and corporate litigation and also successfully completed her internship pursuant to Article 73 of Legislative Decree no. 69/2013 at the Second Civil Section of the Court of Appeal of Rome specialising in contracts and obligations.
